Ordering

  • All sleeves are made in the order they are received. Estimated production times are shown at the top of each product page.

    If you have a particular occasion in mind, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can do.

  • Changes can be requested within 24 hours of ordering.

    If you’re hesitant about anything, it’s best to chat with us before placing an order so we can advise and help you order with confidence.

  • No. PayPal is our payment processor, but you don’t need a PayPal account. At checkout, select “Pay with PayPal”, then choose “Pay by Debit or Credit Card” to pay without signing in or creating an account.

  • Shipping times vary by destination and customs processing. Typical delivery times are: UK next day, USA 7–10 days, EU 5–7 days, and 7–14 days for the rest of the world. Customs fees or inspections may add a few days.

    Priority shipping is available for some countries and can reduce delivery time once dispatched, but it does not affect sleeve production time.

  • Production times vary by model and are shown at the top of each product page.

    You’ll receive an email with your postal tracking number once your sleeve has been completed and is on the way to you.

Fit & Sizing

  • Yes, but it depends on your needs. A core that is longer than your penis length can leave empty space inside the sleeve, which may cause bending or discomfort. In these cases, our [Silver Bullet] cavity cushion can be inserted to fill the gap and support the fit.

    Alternatively, the extra sleeve wall length created by a longer core can taper against the pubic area. Some users find this helpful, particularly for ED or phalloplasty, as it can provide a ‘springy’ erection-like firmness and supportive feel. You may wish to trim some pubic hair.

  • Depending on your needs, you can size up or down. Our Sizing Guide explains the differences and can help you choose.

    If your shape is more unique, we can further customise our sleeve designs and even 3D print you a fully custom inner core. Please get in touch if you feel this would be helpful.

  • That’s normal. Choose inner core dimensions that best represent how your erect or extended penis is most of the time.

Customisation

  • No, we do not offer casting services.

  • Yes. We offer a range of colour options, including multiple choices for the shaft and glans portions of your sleeve.

    Custom colour matching is also available for an additional cost. Please contact us if you’d like to discuss a specific colour.

  • While it is possible to trim our static sleeve designs, we don’t recommend it. A flush, finished base is important for comfort, durability, and optimal fit. Our gliding skin designs cannot be trimmed.

    If your sleeve doesn’t fit quite right, please send us a message and we’ll send you a discount code!

  • In most cases, we can adjust the external length of your sleeve to suit your requirements. Changing the external circumference is more limited due to mould constraints.

Feel & Sensation

  • We put a great deal of effort into making our prosthetic designs look and feel as realistic as possible. That said, we always recommend open communication with your partner about introducing a sleeve into your lovemaking.

    We’ve received plenty of positive feedback from partners, including comments that sleeves can feel very natural indeed, but experiences vary. Comfort, trust, and communication play a significant role.

  • Our designs use multiple layers and densities of silicone to create depth and responsive sensation similar to natural anatomy. We work with silicone formulations that are as close to skin as commercially available materials allow.

    That said, silicone is not skin. We focus on engineering sleeves that behave and respond in a lifelike way, and we continue to refine materials and methods as new options become available.

    For the best experience, we recommend using a good-quality water-based lubricant.

  • Absolutely! Many people describe wearing a sleeve as similar to a thicker condom, so some reduction in external sensitivity is normal. However, the internal structure of the sleeve is designed to be pleasurable, and orgasm is still possible. The fit, firmness, and gentle suction can also contribute to sensation.

    For those who experience premature ejaculation (PE), we can design sleeves to intentionally reduce sensitivity. Please get in touch if this is something you’d like to discuss.

    While we believe there should be no shame around penis sleeves or prosthetic technology, we respect your privacy and keep all packaging neutral and discreet.

  • No. Customs declarations are generated automatically, and we’re unable to alter the declared value, contents, or package weight.

  • Yes. You can ship to a pickup address or alternative location, provided you have the owner’s permission.

    Please note that some postal services require a signature on delivery and may be unable to complete delivery if no one is available.

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update your delivery address. Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to change the destination.

    If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping charge will apply for re-delivery.

  • Yes. Postal services require a contact number to provide delivery updates or notify you if customs fees are due.

    Your details are only shared where necessary for smooth delivery.

  • Yes. A condom can be used with a sleeve, but placement matters. Worn over the sleeve, your partner will mainly feel the condom rather than the sleeve’s surface. Worn under the sleeve, it may offer some barrier protection, but it can also affect grip and increase the chance of the sleeve shifting.

    Penis sleeves are not tested or recommended as a form of contraception.

Firmness & Structure

  • We offer three silicone firmness options: extra soft, standard, and extra support.

    The extra support option is not entirely stiff or plastic-like. It holds its shape while remaining flexible enough to be worn and enjoyed comfortably.

    The extra soft option can feel very flexible depending on your inner core size, sometimes behaving more like a second skin with minimal structural support.

  • The sleeve walls provide structural support that helps emulate the firmness of an erection. Inner core diameter plays an important role: a narrower core creates a tighter fit, increasing internal compression and rigidity.

    The aim is to find the right balance between adequate support and a secure fit, without the sleeve being so tight that it becomes uncomfortable.

  • Many people prefer a softer head for partner comfort, with a slightly firmer shaft for support.

    Our standard shaft firmness suits most people, but alternative options are available depending on your needs and preferences.

Care & Maintenance

  • We recommend using a high-quality water-based personal lubricant with our sleeves.

    Silicone-based or hybrid lubricants can interact with silicone materials, so it’s best to avoid them.

  • Silicone is a durable material, but like anything, sleeves don’t last forever. Lifespan depends on how a sleeve is used, cleaned, and stored. With proper care, sleeves can remain usable for years.

  • Wash your sleeve with warm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap after each use. Rinse thoroughly, pat dry, and allow it to air dry completely before storage.

    If your sleeve has been stored for an extended period, we recommend washing it again before use.

  • Once fully cleaned and dried, you can wrap your sleeve in a soft microfibre towel and keep it in a drawer. Alternatively, store it in the black pouch provided, which is also suitable for travel.

    Keep your sleeve in a cool, dry place and separate from other sleeves or sex toys.

Issues & Support

  • We cannot. Because sleeves are custom-made and intimate-use items, we can’t accept returns for health and safety reasons.

  • Our sleeves are covered by a 21-day manufacturing guarantee from the date of delivery. If you believe your sleeve has a defect, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.

  • With proper sizing and care, sleeves are designed to last, but accidents can happen. Trim fingernails, avoid jewellery, and practise fitting and removal before your in the heat of the moment. If damage occurs, please contact us for advice.
